Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Sarrafe's asset restoration and special situations service.
1. Purpose of the service
This service allows eligible account holders to verify their identity, review their case and submit a settlement request. It is not a trading platform and provides no trading, custody or exchange services.
2. Access
Access is limited to account holders whose records have been confirmed by Sarrafe and is granted only after successful verification of the registered email address. Sarrafe determines eligibility and may adjust its scope at any time.
3. Case figures
All figures shown within the service are calculated and maintained by Sarrafe and are authoritative. The applicable methodology and conditions are set out inside the service once you have verified your identity.
4. Settlement requests
Submission of a request does not constitute approval. Every request is subject to manual review, and Sarrafe may request additional verification or decline a request where records cannot be confirmed.
5. Wallet address responsibility
Where a settlement is made to a wallet address, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the receiving address you submit and for confirming that it supports the selected asset and network. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Sarrafe cannot recover funds sent to an address supplied incorrectly by a client.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to access another client's record, submit false information, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or automate access to it. Sarrafe may suspend access where abuse is suspected.
